Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to allow a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s).

I do understand that accidents happen, people get sick and emergencies occur. I have always done my best to accommodate my guests in these rare occasions and will be understanding when these things happen. Unfortunately, these occurrences will be recorded to prevent abuse of the policy.
